Applications are open across all classes. Below: how the process works, what to bring, how fees are structured, and when to pay.
The application pack is collected at the School Reception. It contains a welcome letter, the application form, the fee table for the current year, the fee policy, and the school prospectus.
Fill in the application clearly, attach the required documents (listed below), and submit at the office along with the registration fee.
Parent and child meet the Head of School. For Class VI and above, an age-appropriate written assessment is part of the interaction. Once confirmed, the school issues an Information Pack covering uniform, term dates, school rules, and activities.
The first invoice is paid at the Accounts Department, by cash or cheque. On receipt, the office formally registers the admission and issues a fee receipt.
On the assigned reporting day, the Class Teacher receives the new student and introduces them to the class. The school office issues the timetable, books, stationery list, and house assignment.
Age is reckoned as on 31 March of the academic year of admission.
For Nursery and Playgroup admissions, the photograph and a copy of the birth certificate or passport are usually sufficient.
School fees are billed in two terms per academic year. A one-time admission fee is charged at the time of new admission. Transport (where opted for) and the annual book set are billed separately.
Payment is accepted at the Accounts Department of the school by cash or by crossed cheque drawn in favour of the school. The school’s bank for direct deposits is the Karur Vysya Bank, Parvathipuram Branch.
One full term’s written notice is required from a parent if a student is to be withdrawn. Verbal communication is not accepted. If notice is not received, the next term’s fee is billed and remains payable. The school reserves the right to refuse continued enrollment if fees fall into arrears beyond two reminders.
The school office is open Monday to Saturday and is happy to receive prospective parents on a campus visit, with or without an appointment. Mornings are usually the best time to see the school in motion.
